如果您的商店使用自訂通知範本，您可能需要手動更新訂單退款電子郵件通知，以確保當您將換貨品項新增至退貨流程時，該通知可正常運作。
若要進行這些變更，您必須對 Shopify 通知範本中使用的程式碼相當熟悉。如果您範本的自訂程度相當高，且您不確定如何進行必要變更，請聯絡進行變更的開發人員，或按一下「還原為預設值」，將範本還原為原始狀態。還原為預設值時會移除所有自訂項目，但預設範本可確保您使用的範本為最新版本。
更新訂單退款電子郵件通知
您可以使用新的商品項目變更內容和小計行變更內容程式碼區塊來更新訂單退款通知。
新商品項目變更內容程式碼區塊會新增商品項目狀態，以便在訂單摘要中識別退貨和換貨商品。
新的小計行變更內容程式碼區塊新增一個日期，並識別退款方式的類型。此外，也包含退貨運費和退貨手續費 (如適用)。
步驟如下：
- 在 Shopify 管理介面 中，前往「設定」>「通知」。
- 點選「顧客通知」。
- 在「訂單的例外情況」區段中，點按「訂單退款」。
- 點擊「編輯程式碼」。

- 複製新商品項目變更內容的程式碼區塊，然後以新的程式碼區塊取代預設程式碼區塊。
