自訂發票

向您的批發客戶傳送內容有別於零售客戶的自訂發票。

向客戶傳送發票電子郵件時，需要使用發票範本來產生電子郵件。根據預設，此範本可為顧客提供結帳頁面的連結，讓顧客前往輸入帳單資訊、選取運送方式並提交付款。顧客可以選擇您在 Shopify 管理介面中啟用的任何付款服務供應商來進行付款。

您可以對此範本進行編輯，為批發顧客提供其他付款方式選項或相關條款。例如，您可以藉由新增程式碼，分別向零售商店的顧客和批發商店顧客傳送不同發票。

編輯發票範本

  1. 在 Shopify 管理介面 中，前往「設定」>「通知」。
  2. 在「訂單」區段中，點擊「草擬訂單發票」。
  3. 點擊「編輯程式碼」。
  4. 使用您的自訂範本，來取代電子郵件內文 (HTML) 區段中的程式碼。深入瞭解如何編輯電子郵件範本。
  5. 點擊「儲存」。

範例

下列程式碼可用於檢查發票電子郵件是否適用於批發訂單。若發票適用於批發訂單，電子郵件中就會包含給顧客的指示，像他們說明如何聯絡您以支付訂單款項。否則，系統將會傳送預設發票。

預覽發票

  1. 開啟從您的批發商店提交的訂單草稿：
  2. 從訂單的資訊頁面中，點擊「傳送發票」。
  3. 在「傳送發票」對話方塊中，確認自訂訊息為空白，然後點擊「檢視發票」。
  4. 確認發票正確無誤，然後點擊「傳送發票」。
