Managing apps

Apps cover a wide range of functions and features, but you can do some basic actions with each of them.

  2. In the App blocks section, click + App block.

Upgrade or downgrade an app subscription

Some apps that are billed on a recurring cycle have multiple subscription plans available, so you can customize your app experience based on your needs.

An app's pricing information for its subscription plans is available on the Shopify App Store, the app's external website, or both.

All app plan upgrades and downgrades are made within the app itself. Navigating to the specific plan selection page differs depending on the app, but you can find the page within the app by searching for pages with titles such as Billing, Subscriptions, Plans, Pricing, or Settings.

If you are unable to upgrade or downgrade your app's subscription plan on your own, then use the Get support button to reach out to the app developer for assistance.
