Sales channel discounts

You can sync discounts to your sales channels. You can also promote your discounts on products in the sales channels that you use.

You can choose which discounts you want to sync to your sales channels on the Discounts page. You can only sync discounts with sales channels that you have installed, and given permissions to access your discounts. By default, your discounts are always available on your Online Store.

Sync discounts to sales channels

You can choose which sales channels that you want to sync your discounts with from the Discounts page in your Shopify admin.

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Discounts.

  2. Click the name of the discount that you want to edit.

  3. In the Sales channels section, select the sales channels that you want your discount to be available on.

  4. Click Save.

Manage discount availability

You can change the availability of your discounts to the sales channels that your store uses.

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Discounts.

  2. Click the name of the discount that you want to edit.

  3. In the Sales channels section, select and deselect the sales channels that you want your discount to be available on.

  4. Click Save.

Discount status

You can view the status of the discounts that are published to sales channels on the Discounts page or, by reviewing the details of individual discounts that you created.

There are three possible discount statuses:

  • Success: Discount is successfully synced to the sales channel.
  • Not synced: Discount isn't synced to the sales channel due to one or more errors.
  • Inactive: Discount isn't published to a certain channel or doesn't meet eligibility criteria.
