Contacting your third-party domain provider for assistance

Shopify Support can't log in to your third-party domain account for you, even if you give your explicit permission. If you need help with pointing your domain to your Shopify store, then contact your third-party domain provider’s support team. You might need to give them the following information:
- You want your A record to point to the Shopify IP address
- You want your CNAME record to point to
