Editing products in an order
You can edit your order to add products and custom items. You can also remove products from your order and adjust item quantity.
When you edit an order, the order total is updated to reflect these changes and the order displays whether a refund is owed to the customer or a balance is owed to you. Depending on the adjustment to your order, you might need to issue a refund or collect payment from your customer.

Add products to an order
If you add products to an order, then you can email an invoice to your customer with a link to the checkout page, or you can accept payment for the order.
To add a product variant that already exists in the order, you need to increase the item quantity of the existing variant instead of adding a product variant.

You can remove items from your order. If you want to swap items, then you need to remove the unwanted item and add a new item.
When you remove items from an order, your order total is updated to reflect this change and the order displays whether you need to issue a refund.

You can increase or decrease item quantity in your order. If you increase item quantity in your order, then you can email an invoice to your customer with a link to the checkout page, or you can accept payment for the order.

Reviewing and updating an edited order
After you edit an order, you need to review the updated order total and verify that it's accurate. Depending on the edits you make, the total cost of the order might increase or decrease from what your customer paid at checkout.
