Calculating Shopify Shipping rates

Depending on your store's Shopify subscription plan and the order that you're shipping, you might be eligible for discounted shipping rates from Shopify Shipping carriers.

You can calculate and preview your discounted Shopify Shipping rates by using the Shopify Shipping Calculator.

Calculate your Shopify Shipping rates

Admin

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.

2. In the Shopify Shipping section, click Calculate shipping rates.

3. In the Shipping from section, select an origin country, and then enter a postal code.

4. In the Shipping to section, select a destination country, and then enter a postal code.

5. In the Package type section, select a package type:

   • If you select a Custom package package type, then enter the package dimensions and weight.
   • If you select a Standard Envelope or Standard Box package type, then do the following:
     1. Select the carrier and the package size.
     2. Enter the package weight.

6. Click Calculate discounted rates.

iPhone

1. From the Shopify app, tap the … button, and then tap Settings.
2. In the Store settings section, tap Shipping and delivery .
3. Scroll down to Shopify Shipping section, and then tap Calculate shipping rates.
4. In the Shipping from section, select an origin country, and then enter a postal code.
5. In the Shipping to section, select a destination country, and then enter a postal code.
6. In the Package type section, select a package type:
   • If you select a Custom package package type, then enter the package dimensions and weight.
   • If you select a Standard Envelope or Standard Box package type, then do the following:
     1. Select the carrier and the package size.
     2. Enter the package weight.
7. Tap Calculate discounted rates.

Android

1. From the Shopify app, tap the … button, and then tap Settings.
2. In the Store settings section, tap Shipping and delivery .
3. Scroll down to Shopify Shipping section, and then tap Calculate shipping rates.
4. In the Shipping from section, select an origin country, and then enter a postal code.
5. In the Shipping to section, select a destination country, and then enter a postal code.
6. In the Package type section, select a package type:
   • If you select a Custom package package type, then enter the package dimensions and weight.
   • If you select a Standard Envelope or Standard Box package type, then do the following:
     1. Select the carrier and the package size.
     2. Enter the package weight.
7. Tap Calculate discounted rates.
