Packing slips

When you are fulfilling orders, you might want to include a packing slip in the package that you're sending to your customer. Packing slips help to communicate what has been sent to the customer.

You can print packing slips after you have begun the fulfillment process. Packing slips can not be printed from the Orders page. Packing slips include all the items being sent in a specific shipment. If you have multiple shipments for an order, then you can print a separate packing slip for each shipment.

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Orders.

  2. Click the number of the order that you want to print a packing slip for.

  3. If you're using Shopify Shipping (for stores based in the United States or Canada), then click Create shipping label in the Unfulfilled section.

  4. If you're not using Shopify Shipping, then click Mark as fulfilled.

You can make changes to your packing slip template click Edit in the Packing slips section of your shipping settings.

While editing the template, you can revert the packing slip back to the default template by clicking Revert to default.
