Bulk editing inventory

You can use the bulk editor tool to make changes to the inventory of multiple products and product variants at the same time. From your Shopify admin, you can select the products and variants that you want to change the inventory for, select which product properties you want to update, and then make your changes.

Step 1: Select variants to edit inventory for in bulk

You can select product variants to edit in bulk from either a product page or from the Inventory page in your Shopify admin. You might use the individual product page if you need to update the inventory of only a few products, with a lot of variants. If you need to update the inventory for more than a few products, access the bulk editor through the Inventory page.
