Duplicate a product (Shopify admin)

To save time when you add a new product, you might want to duplicate a similar product. You can duplicate a product and then make any changes to add the new product.

If you want to add options to a product, such as color or size, then add a variant to the existing product instead of duplicating the product.

Steps:

Desktop

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Products.

2. Click the name of the product that you want to duplicate.

3. Click Duplicate.

4. Enter a name, select the details you want to copy, and select a status for the duplicate product.

5. Click Duplicate product.

6. Modify the product details.

7. Click Save.
