Manage your contact preferences for Shopify Fulfillment Network

You can specify which staff members receive email notifications about Shopify Fulfillment Network (SFN). Staff members can be assigned to the following topics:

  • Inbound Transfers audits
  • inventory issues
  • order holds
  • order forecasting
  • returns
  • special project requests

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels.

  2. From the Apps and sales channels page, click Shopify Fulfillment Network.

  3. Click Open app.

  4. Click Settings.

  5. Click Manage account.

  6. In the Contacts section, click Manage.

  7. To assign the staff member to the topic, in the dialog, select a staff member from the drop-down menu next to each topic .

  8. Click Save.
