Set up a fulfillment delay for Shopify Fulfillment Network

If you want to have time to cancel orders, edit orders, or resolve customer issues before SFN personnel begin fulfilling your orders, then you can set a fulfillment delay.
Steps:
- From your Shopify admin, click Apps > Shopify Fulfillment Network.
- Click Settings.
- In the Delays and holds section, enter a number of minutes in the Time delay box.
If you need to bypass the fulfillment delay for a specific order, then you can request fulfillment by clicking Fulfill Now on the fulfillment request page in your SFN app.
