Update draft order note

The Update draft order note action updates the notes on a draft order page for the order that triggers the workflow.

When you create an order from a draft order, the draft order notes are carried over and added as order notes.

Note

By default, this action replaces the contents of the note. To add content to the existing note, add a customer note variable followed by the content that you want to add to the note in the Note field.

For example, in a flow that starts with a draft order trigger, enter {{draftOrder.note}} followed by the content to add.

The Update draft order note action contains the following fields.

Note	The note to be applied to the draft order.

Triggers

The Update draft order note action has a hidden field added to it by the trigger. This field, Draft order ID, identifies the draft order to update. The draft order ID is set by default and can't be changed.
