Page sections belong in specific places on your online store. For example, the product pages section determines the layout of each product page on your online store. You can customize page sections, but you can't rearrange or remove them. Each type of page on your online store includes its own sections.

Collection pages

A collection page displays all of the products that are a part of that collection. Each collection in your store has its own collection page.

Brooklyn has two layout options for collection pages:

  • Collage - The collage style displays a mix of larger and smaller product images, with the effect of highlighting random products:
A collection page shows one large product image, followed by two small product images that are vertically stacked.
  • Grid - The grid style displays product images in a table format. All of the product images are the same size:
A collection page shows three images in a row that are the same height.

The collection pages section includes the following settings:

  • Grid style - Set the layout of your products on the page.
  • Enable collection sorting - Add a menu that customers can use to sort a collection in different ways, such as alphabetically or by price.
  • Show collection tags - Add a filter that customers can use to view products in a collection with a certain tag:
Three tags are shown below the collection title:
For the filter to be displayed on a collection page, you need to add tags to the products in that collection.
  • Show product vendor - Display the product brand or vendor.
