Whether you want to review your business's recent activity or build in-depth reports that give you the insight needed to develop it further, there's plenty of useful data associated with your Shopify store's products and transactions.
You can access different types of reports depending on your Shopify plan:

If you upgrade to a different plan, then your additional reports will provide data from the time you started using Shopify.
For example, let’s say you start out with Basic Shopify in January, and then upgrade to the Shopify plan in April. After upgrading, you can access the sales, customer, acquisition, and behavior reports and all the relevant data going back to January.

Viewing your reports
You find your report data in your Shopify admin, where you can:
view a general overview of your business's recent sales and more detailed channel-specific summaries on your Shopify Home
view an in-depth report of activity at your online store, including traffic, conversions, and best-selling products, on the online store dashboard
From the Reports page, you can:
- generate reports based on your products, traffic sources, customers, and referrals
- see how your business's total sales vary month-to-month or within a particular date range
- identify which products are selling — or which ones aren't
- export your store's data to a CSV file.
If your store is on the Advanced Shopify or Shopify Plus plan, then you can also use the advanced report builder to create customized reports in your Shopify admin and share them easily with your staff.
