The Dev Dashboard is your central hub for creating and managing Shopify apps. From the Dev Dashboard you can do the following:

Create and configure apps using Shopify CLI or directly in the Dev Dashboard.
Create and manage stores, including dev stores, client transfer stores, and collaborations.
Monitor app performance with built-in logs and metrics.
Manage user permissions for your organization.

Custom or reference themes: Either build themes from scratch or build a theme using the Skeleton theme reference theme, which serves as a flexible starting point of your designs.
Responsive design: Leverage Liquid to create dynamic content and implement responsive designs with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for a seamless user experience across devices.
Theme Store requirements: Ensure that your themes comply with the Shopify Theme Store requirements.
