You can display your Shopify products on your Facebook Page by using the Facebook Shop feature in Facebook and Instagram by Meta.
When you set up the Facebook Shop feature, Facebook creates a Shop section on your Facebook Page. Your Shopify products are displayed in the Shop section so that customers can shop on your Facebook page. If you make changes to a product in Shopify, then the changes are also updated in your Facebook Shop.
After your account is verified by Facebook, a Shop section appears on your Facebook Page. This is where your products are displayed when the Facebook Shop feature is activated in Facebook and Instagram by Meta. You can manage your products, orders, and customers in your Shopify admin.
Facebook adds a Shop Now button on your main Facebook Page which links to the Shop section on your Facebook Page. You can make changes to the button on Facebook, including by linking it to a Shopify online store.

Customers can message you through your Facebook Page by using Messenger, and you can respond as your business.
Your customers can also contact you by email by using the Contact Seller button in Facebook. This button forwards customer inquiries to the customer support email that you have on set in your Shopify admin.
Facebook requires that you handle the customer information that you gather through Facebook Shop according to their Commerce merchant agreement.
When a customer selects a product to buy from your Facebook Page, they're taken to the product page in your Shopify store, where they can add the product to their cart and then continue shopping. The customer receives confirmation emails about their orders from your store, and their orders appear on the Orders page in your Shopify admin with the rest of your online store orders. Orders made using Facebook Shop appear as referred from Facebook.
If you select Checkout on Instagram and Facebook as your checkout method, rather than Checkout on your Shopify Store, then customers are able to check out without leaving Facebook.
