What's Shop Cash?
Shop Cash is a reward available to some Shop customers with billing addresses in the United States. These customers can earn Shop Cash on eligible orders paid for using Shop Pay. Customers can then redeem their Shop Cash either in the Shop app on a mobile device or on Shop on the web. Learn more about Shop Cash.
What are Shop Campaigns?
Shop Campaigns allow you to increase the value of a customer’s Shop Cash on your store. These campaigns can help you increase your sales to first-time customer sales on the Shop app. Customers can then redeem their offers in the Shop app on a mobile device or on Shop on the web. How do I know if I’m eligible to create Shop Campaigns?
To be eligible to create Shop Campaigns, your store must meet all of the following requirements:
- Your store is located in the United States.
- Your store has a US Shopify Payments account that accepts USD, and has Shop Pay activated.
- Your store meets Shop’s merchant eligibility requirements.
- Your store has access to Shop Campaigns.
How do I ensure my Shop Campaign is available on both the Shop app, and Shop on the web?
All Shop Cash campaigns that you create are automatically available on both the Shop app and Shop on the web. You don't need to take any additional actions during the setup process.
Can I run different Shop Campaigns on Shop on the web and the Shop app?
No. Shop on the web is an extension of the Shop app, and not a separate service. Shop on the web allows you to extend Shop Campaigns to potential customers who don't have the Shop app or use desktop devices. Shop Campaigns remain consistent across both platforms.
