Getting paid for orders placed using Shop Pay Installments

After you've captured the payment for an order placed using Shop Pay Installments, you'll receive full payment for your order within 1 to 3 business days, excluding the fee incurred for using Shop Pay Installments. Affirm is responsible for collecting payments from your customers, and you aren't at risk if your customers stop making payments.

You get paid by Affirm and your payouts are sent to the same bank account that you use for Shopify Payments. Custom payout schedules don't affect Shop Pay Installments payouts.

If a payout is made over the weekend or on a holiday, then a pending state might appear on your bank statement until the next business day.

View Shop Pay Installments transactions in your payouts

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings.
2. Click Payments.
3. In the Shopify Payments section, click View payouts.
4. Click Transactions.
5. Click More filters.
6. Select Payment method, then select Shop Pay Installments.
7. Click Done.
