Contacting the Shopify Fulfillment Network for support - Merchants

You can get help with your fulfillments or shipping claims by contacting the Shopify Fulfillment Center (SFN) through the Shopify Help Center.

Contact SFN through the Shopify Help Center

If you have a Shopify account, then you can log in to the Help Center and fill out a form to create a support request.

Steps:

  1. Go to the SFN contact form in the Shopify Help Center.
  2. Click Log in to log in to your Shopify account. If you have multiple Shopify stores, then select the specific store that you want to create a support request for.
  3. Fill out the information in the form.
  4. Click Send.

Respond to replies from the Shopify Fulfillment Network

If the Shopify Fulfillment Network replies to your support request and needs a response from you, then you are contacted via email.
