Shopify Fulfillment Network (SFN) has a support team that specializes in resolving questions and issues related to SFN, such as inbound receiving, order processing, or SFN billing.

You can contact the SFN support team through the Shopify Help Center. The SFN support team operates during the following hours: - Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm ET

Contact SFN support through the Shopify help center

  1. When navigating to the Shopify Help Center, log in to your Shopify account when prompted. If you have multiple Shopify stores, then select the specific store that you want to create a support request for.
  2. In the Virtual Assistant chat box, indicate that you are an SFN merchant and need to speak to an SFN support advisor. The Shopify support advisor will then contact the SFN support team to address your inquiry.
  3. If the inquiry can't be answered within the live chat, then you will receive an email from SFN support and can respond by replying to that email.
