Shopify Fulfillment Network (SFN) fulfillment centers typically operate Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in their local time. SFN fulfillment centers observe statutory holidays that are recognized in their respective locations.

There are multiple peak periods throughout the year when every business, service, and carrier work at their full capacity. Peak periods happen around important holidays. Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM) is one of the peak periods.

These holidays impact SFN fulfillment center operations, and might cause order fulfillment and delivery delays.
