If you can’t find the answers you’re looking for, then you can contact Shopify Support. To reach out, log into your Partner Account from the Help Center, and choose either chat or email support. When you log in, select your Partner organization for questions related to your Partner Account, or choose a development store for inquiries related to Shopify stores. Shopify Support can assist you in navigating the Partner Program, resolving client issues, and growing your Partner business.
