Your store comes with mobile-friendly, responsive, email templates for several scenarios that can include your logo and brand accent color. They allow you to communicate with your customers in a simple, effective way. You can choose to have email notifications sent to you, your staff, or your customers, depending on the setting for your order notifications.
Your store also includes SMS notifications for order confirmation and shipping updates. If you allow customers to enter a phone number at checkout, then they receive these notifications.
You can view and update your store's notification settings from the Notifications settings page in your Shopify admin.
Your customers receive ‘Shipment out for delivery’ and ‘Shipment delivered’ notifications for orders fulfilled by USPS, UPS, FedEx and Canada Post. You can preview and edit them in your admin.
