Shop Campaigns eligibility

Shopify Plus

Shop Campaigns are available only to stores on the Shopify Plus plan.

To use Shop Campaigns, your store needs to meet the following requirements:

• Your store is on the Shopify Plus plan.
• Your store is located in the United States or Canada, with a United States or Canada Shopify Payments account that accepts USD or CAD, depending on your location.
• Your store has Shop Pay activated.
• Your store complies with applicable trust, safety, and fraud prevention guidelines, including Shop’s merchant eligibility requirements and the Shop Campaigns Merchant Terms.
• Your store has been on Shopify for 3 months or more.
• Your store has received 100 orders or more on Shopify.
• Your store has a rating above 4.0 from customers in the Shop app.
• If you want to advertise to customers outside of your primary market, then you need to have International set up to display prices in customers' local currency.
  • For example, if your store is located in the United States and you want to target Canadian customers, then you need to add Canada as a market to your store.
