Managing receipts
At the end of a sales transaction, you can offer to print, email, or text the customer's receipt. You can also print a gift receipt, which is proof of purchase but doesn't contain the amount spent.
If a customer loses their receipt, you can reprint it for them.
The Payment successful screen appears after you've taken payment for an order. From the Payment successful screen, you have a few options:
To print a receipt | Tap Print receipt. |
To send an email receipt to the customer | Tap Email receipt to enter an email address, and then tap Send. |
To send a text receipt | Tap Text receipt to enter a phone number, including the area code, and then tap Send. |
To print a gift receipt | Tap Gift receipt. |
Reprint a receipt
From the Shopify POS app, tap Orders.
Tap the order that you want to print a receipt for.
Tap Receipt > Print receipt.

Print a gift receipt for a completed sale
Steps:
