Downloading your product and transfer labels for sending products to Shopify Fulfillment Network

After you choose a shipping method to send your products to Shopify Fulfillment Network (SFN), you need to download the labels for your shipment.

Each shipment that you send to SFN must include the following labels:

  • Product labels that identify which products are packed inside a box.
  • Transfer labels that identify your shipment when it arrives at an SFN fulfillment center.

To avoiding receiving errors, delays, and non-compliance fees, make sure that you download, print, and attach the labels for all products contained in your shipment. For information about the correct label placement for your shipping method, refer to the guidelines for Small Parcel and Freight shipments.

Download your SFN product labels

  1. From the SFN app, go to Inbound transfers, and then select a submitted inbound transfer.
  2. If you haven't selected a shipping method in the Choose a shipping method section, then select one of the following options:
    • SMALL PARCEL
    • FREIGHT
  3. In the Packing and labeling section, select Product labels.
  4. Select the Label size that your printer supports.
  5. Click Download labels.

After you download and print your product labels, pack and label your products according to the packing and labeling guidelines for your shipping method:

Download your SFN transfer labels

  1. From the SFN app, go to Inbound transfers, and then select a submitted inbound transfer.
  2. If you haven't selected a shipping method in the Choose a shipping method section, then select one of the following options:
    • SMALL PARCEL
    • FREIGHT
  3. In the Packing and labeling section, select Transfer labels.
  4. Select the Label size that your printer supports.
  5. Click Download labels.

After you download and print your transfer labels, pack and label your shipment according to the packing and labeling guidelines for your shipping method:
