Oppdatere e-postvarselet for bestillingsrefusjon ved bytter

Du kan oppdatere varselet Bestillingsrefusjon med de nye kodeblokkene for varelinjeendringer og endringer i delsumlinjen.

Den nye kodeblokken for varelinjeendringer legger til varelinjestatuser for å identifisere retur- og byttevarer i bestillingsoversikten.

Den nye kodeblokken for varelinjeendringer legger til en dato, og identifiserer type refusjonsmåte. Den inkluderer også avgifter for påfylling og returfrakt der det er aktuelt.

Trinn:

  1. Fra Shopify-administrator går du til Innstillinger > Varsler.
  2. Klikk på Kundevarsler.
  3. Klikk på Bestillingsrefusjon i seksjonen Bestillingsunntak.
  4. Klikk på Rediger kode.

  5. Oppdater kodeblokken for varelinjeendringer:

    1. Finn standard-kodeblokken for endringer i varelinjer.
    2. Kopier den nye kodeblokken for endringer i varelinjer, og erstatt standard-kodeblokken med den nye.

  6. Oppdater kodeblokken for endringer i delsumlinjer:

    1. Finn standard-kodeblokken for endringer i delsumlinjer.
    2. Kopier den nye kodeblokken for endringer i varelinjedelsummer, og erstatt standard-kodeblokken med den nye.

  7. Klikk på Lagre.
