Billing and charges for Shopify Fulfillment Network
You can access your current and past monthly statements for Shopify Fulfillment Network (SFN) charges in the Charges page in your SFN app. Your SFN charges statement is finalized and closed at the end of each month. After the statement closes, you can export a detailed statement as a CSV file.
You can access detailed information about your SFN charges by clicking View details for the month on the Charges page of the SFN app. Your full bills are displayed on the Billing page of your Shopify admin.
You can access definitions for your fees and charges in the SFN app by going to Charges > View pricing.
SFN charges are billed monthly and can have a different billing cycle than your Shopify billing cycle. Your Shopify billing cycle can vary based on your Shopify subscription period and charges. Your SFN billing cycle is from the first day to the last day of a calendar month.
All your SFN charges are also added to your Shopify bill, so you don’t have to track multiple receipts.
Access SFN charges
You can access your SFN charges for the current month or past months in the SFN app.
Steps:
From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels.
From the Apps and sales channels page, click Shopify Fulfillment Network.
Click Open app.
Click Charges.
Optional: To access the detailed charges, in the Month to date or Past charges section, select a month, and then click View details.
Detailed fee information about SFN charges
You can access detailed information about your current and past invoices by clicking View details on an invoice on the Charges page of the SFN app. The detailed charges provide the following information for the month of the selected invoice:
- The fulfillment fees for each order that's fulfilled by SFN
- The returns fees for any orders that are returned to SFN
- The fees for any non-compliant inbound transfers to SFN
- The inventory storage fees for each product
Invoicing and payments for SFN
Shopify charges all outstanding SFN and app fees based on the following situations:
- If your Shopify billing threshold is reached, then you're charged that day regardless of your billing cycle.
- If you pay your Shopify subscription fee every 30 days, then SFN fees are charged on your Shopify subscription billing cycle.
- If your Shopify subscription cycle is longer than 30 days, then SFN fees are charged every 30 days on your SFN billing cycle.
Export past SFN charges
To get a detailed breakdown of your charges, you can export charges from previous months as CSV files to your computer.
Steps:
From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels.
From the Apps and sales channels page, click Shopify Fulfillment Network.
Click Open app.
Click Charges.
In the Past charges section, click Export.
An email message with a CSV file attachment is sent to the email address that you use to log into your Shopify admin.
Categories of SFN fees included on your Shopify invoice
SFN charges are added to your Shopify bill in the following categories:
