Remove order tags
The Remove order tags action removes tags from the customer that triggers the workflow.
The Remove order tags action contains the following fields.
|The tags to remove from a customer. Tags are case sensitive. To remove multiple tags, do one of the following:
The Remove order tags action has a hidden field added to it by the trigger. This field, Order ID, identifies the order to have tags removed. The order ID is set by default and can't be changed.
The Remove order tags action can be used in workflows that start with the following triggers:
- Fulfillment created
- Fulfillment event created
- Order canceled
- Order created
- Order fulfilled
- Order paid
- Order risk analyzed
- Order transaction created
- Refund created
- Tender transaction created
In this example workflow, the
new tag is removed from orders when they are fulfilled.
