Update customer note

The Update customer note action updates the notes on a customer's page for the customer that triggers the workflow.
The Update customer note action contains the following fields.
|Note||The note to be applied to the customer.|
The Update customer note action has a hidden field added to it by the trigger. This field, Customer ID, identifies the customer to update. The customer ID is set by default and can't be changed.
The Update customer note action can be used in workflows that start with the following triggers:
- Customer account disabled
- Customer account enabled
- Customer created
- Draft order created
- Fulfillment created
- Order cancelled
- Order created
- Order fulfilled
- Order paid
- Order risk analyzed
- Order transaction created
- Refund created
- Subscription contract created
In this example workflow, a customer has a note added when they place a high-risk order.
