作成した返品メール通知を交換用に更新する

ストアで、カスタマイズした通知テンプレートを使用している場合、[作成した返品] のメール通知を手動で更新して、交換アイテムを返品に追加する場合に対応できるようにする必要があります。

この変更を行うには、Shopifyの通知テンプレートで使用されているコードについて細部まで把握している必要があります。テンプレートが高度にカスタマイズされており、必要な変更を適用する方法が分からない場合は、その変更を行った開発者に連絡するか、[デフォルトに戻す] をクリックしてテンプレートを元の状態に戻します。デフォルトに戻すと、カスタマイズした内容はすべて削除されますが、デフォルトのテンプレートは最新バージョンになります。

作成した返品メール通知を更新する

[作成した返品] の通知を更新することにより、以下の変更を適用することができます。

差額の支払いが必要な交換の場合、お客様に、決済アクション ([今すぐ支払う] ボタン) が追加された返品メールを送信することが可能になりました。このメールでは、お客様の未払い残高が反映された新しい手順が、メール上部に記載されます。
[配達されるアイテム] の見出しの下に交換アイテムを表示する新しいセクションを追加し、[返品されたアイテム] セクションから [返品するアイテム] に名前を変更します。
返品メールの一部として、返品アイテムと交換アイテムの費用、および適用される返品手数料が記載された財務サマリーが追加されます。

手順

管理画面から、[設定] > [通知] に移動します。
[お客様通知] をクリックします。
[返品] セクションで、[作成した返品] をクリックします。
[コードを編集] をクリックします。
