更新換貨的已建立退貨作業電子郵件通知

如果您的商店使用自訂通知範本，您可能需要手動更新已建立退貨流程電子郵件通知，以確保當您將換貨品項新增至退貨流程時，該通知可正常運作。

若要進行這些變更，您必須對 Shopify 通知範本中使用的程式碼相當熟悉。如果您範本的自訂程度相當高，且您不確定如何進行必要變更，請聯絡進行變更的開發人員，或按一下「還原為預設值」，將範本還原為原始狀態。還原為預設值時會移除所有自訂項目，但預設範本可確保您使用的範本為最新版本。

更新已建立退貨作業的電子郵件通知

您可以更新已建立退貨作業的通知，以納入下列變更內容：

  • 若為應付淨額的換貨作業，顧客現在可以在退貨電子郵件中直接進行付款操作 (「立即付款」按鈕)。其中包含更新電子郵件的說明部分，以反映顧客可積欠的未付餘額，並將說明移至電子郵件的最上方。
  • 新增一個標題為「將收貨商品」(Items you'll receive) 並顯示換貨商品的新區段，然後將「已退貨商品」(Returned items) 區段重新命名為「待退貨商品」(Items to return)。
  • 退貨電子郵件包含一份財務摘要，說明退換貨的成本以及適用的退貨費用。

步驟如下：

  1. 在 Shopify 管理介面 中，前往「設定」>「通知」。

  2. 點選「顧客通知」。

  3. 在「退貨流程」區段中，按一下「已建立退貨作業」。

  4. 點擊「編輯程式碼」。
