Uppdatera e-postavisering om orderfaktura för byten

Om din butik använder anpassade aviseringsmallar kan du behöva uppdatera e-postaviseringen Orderfaktura manuellt för att säkerställa att den fungerar när du lägger till bytesartiklar i en retur.

Dessa ändringar kräver kunskap om koden som används i Shopifys aviseringsmallar. Om dina mallar är mycket anpassade och du inte är säker på hur du ska tillämpa de nödvändiga ändringarna kan du kontakta utvecklaren som gjorde ändringarna eller klicka på Återställ till standard för att återställa mallen till ursprungligt tillstånd. När du återställer till standard tas alla dina anpassningar bort, men om du återställer till standardmallen säkerställs att du har den senaste mallversionen.

Varning

Säkerhetskopiera mallen genom att kopiera och klistra in den i ett annat dokument, till exempel Google Docs, innan du gör några ändringar. När du har gjort ändringar klickar du på Förhandsgranska för att granska dina ändringar och se till att de fungerar som förväntat innan du klickar på Spara.

Uppdatera e-postavisering om orderfaktura

Du kan uppdatera aviseringen Orderfaktura med ett nytt kodblock för poständringar. Det här kodblocket lägger till poststatusar för att identifiera returer och bytesartiklar i ordersammanfattningen.

1. Gå till Inställningar > Aviseringar från din Shopify-admin.
2. Klicka på Kundaviseringar.
3. Klicka på Orderfaktura i avsnittet Orderundantag.
4. Klicka på Redigera kod.
5. Leta reda på kodblocket standardpoständringar.
6. Kopiera det nya kodblocket för poständringar och ersätt standardkodblocket med det nya.
7. Klicka på Spara.
