Sipariş faturası e-posta bildirimini değişimler için güncelleme

Mağazanızda özelleştirilmiş bildirim şablonları kullanılıyorsa Sipariş faturası e-posta bildiriminizi, bir iadeye değişim ürünleri eklediğinizde çalıştığından emin olmak için manuel olarak güncellemeniz gerekebilir.

Bu değişiklikler, Shopify'ın bildirim şablonlarında kullanılan kod hakkında bilgi sahibi olmanızı gerektirir. Şablonlarınızda çok fazla özelleştirme varsa ve gerekli değişiklikleri nasıl uygulayacağınızdan emin değilseniz değişiklikleri yapan geliştiriciyle iletişime geçin veya şablonu orijinal haliyle geri yüklemek için Varsayılana dön'e tıklayın. Varsayılana döndüğünüzde tüm özelleştirmeleriniz kaldırılır ancak varsayılan şablon, en güncel şablon sürümüne sahip olmanızı sağlar.

Dikkat

Değişiklik yapmadan önce, şablonunuzu kopyalayıp Google Dokümanlar gibi başka bir belgeye yapıştırarak yedekleyin. Değişiklikleri yaptıktan sonra, değişikliklerinizi gözden geçirmek için Önizleme'ye tıklayın ve Kaydet'e tıklamadan önce bu değişikliklerin beklendiği gibi çalıştığından emin olun.

Sipariş faturası e-posta bildirimini güncelleme

Sipariş faturası bildirimini, yeni bir satır öğesi değişiklikleri kod bloğuyla güncelebilirsiniz. Bu kod bloğu, sipariş özetinde iade ve değişim ürünlerini tanımlamak için satır öğesi durumları ekler.

1. Shopify yöneticinizden Ayarlar > Bildirimler'e gidin.
2. Müşteri bildirimleri'ne tıklayın.
3. Sipariş istisnaları bölümünde Sipariş faturası'na tıklayın.
4. Kodu düzenle'ye tıklayın.
5. Varsayılan satır öğesi değişiklikleri kod bloğunu bulun.
6. Yeni satır öğesi değişiklikleri kod bloğunu kopyalayıp varsayılan bloğu yenisiyle değiştirin.
7. Kaydet'e tıklayın.
