Oppdatere e-postvarselet med bestillingsfaktura for bytter

Hvis butikken bruker tilpassede varslingsmaler, kan det hende du må oppdatere e-postvarselet Bestillingsfaktura manuelt for å sikre at det fungerer når du legger til byttevarer i en retur.

Disse endringene krever at du er kjent med koden som brukes i Shopifys varslingsmaler. Hvis malene dine er svært tilpassede, og du ikke er sikker på hvordan du tar i bruk de nødvendige endringene, kan du kontakte utvikleren som har gjort endringene, eller klikke Tilbakestill til standard for å gjenopprette malen til den opprinnelige statusen. Når du tilbakestiller til standard, fjernes alle tilpasninger, men standardmalen sikrer at du har den mest oppdaterte malversjonen.

Advarsel

Før du gjør endringer, må du sikkerhetskopiere malen ved å kopiere og lime den inn i et annet dokument, som for eksempel et Google-dokument. Når du har gjort endringene, klikker du på Forhåndsvis for å gå gjennom endringene og sikre at de fungerer som forventet før du klikker på Lagre.

Oppdater e-postvarselet med bestillingsfaktura

Du kan oppdatere varselet Bestillingsfaktura med den nye kodeblokken for varelinjeendringer. Denne kodeblokken legger til varelinjestatus for å identifisere retur- og byttevarer i bestillingsoversikten.

1. Fra Shopify-administrator går du til Innstillinger > Varsler.
2. Klikk på Kundevarsler.
3. Klikk på Bestillingsfaktura i seksjonen Bestillingsunntak.
4. Klikk på Rediger kode.
5. Finn standard-kodeblokken for varelinjeendringer.
6. Kopier den nye kodeblokken for varelinjeendringer, og erstatt standard-kodeblokken med den nye.
7. Klikk på Lagre.
