Oppdatere e-postvarselet for opprettet retur ved bytter

Hvis butikken bruker tilpassede varslingsmaler, kan det hende du må oppdatere e-postvarselet Retur opprettet manuelt for å sikre at det fungerer når du legger til byttevarer i en retur.

Disse endringene krever at du er kjent med koden som brukes i Shopifys varslingsmaler. Hvis malene dine er svært tilpassede, og du ikke er sikker på hvordan du tar i bruk de nødvendige endringene, kan du kontakte utvikleren som har gjort endringene, eller klikke Tilbakestill til standard for å gjenopprette malen til den opprinnelige statusen. Når du tilbakestiller til standard, fjernes alle tilpasninger, men standardmalen sikrer at du har den mest oppdaterte malversjonen.

Oppdater e-postvarselet Retur opprettet

Du kan oppdatere varselet Retur opprettet slik at det inkluderer følgende endringer:

  • For bytter med nettobetaling kan kunden nå motta en betalingshandling (Betal nå-knapp) i e-postmeldingen om returen. Dette inkluderer oppdateringer i instruksjonsdelen av e-postmeldingen, for å gjenspeile den utestående saldoen kunden skylder, og instruksjonene er flyttet til toppen av e-postmeldingen.
  • En ny seksjon som viser byttevarer under overskriften Varer du vil motta, og omdøper seksjonen Returnerte varer til Varer som skal returneres.
  • Et økonomisammendrag er inkludert som en del av e-postmeldingen om returen, som inneholder kostnaden for returen og byttevarene, samt gjeldende returavgifter.

Trinn:

  1. Fra Shopify-administrator går du til Innstillinger > Varsler.
  2. Klikk på Kundevarsler.
  3. Klikk på Retur opprettet i seksjonen Returer.
  4. Klikk på Rediger kode.
  5. Finn den første forekomsten av {% if return_delivery.type == 'shopify_label' %}, og oppdater deretter instruksjonene for retur til Shopify Shipping:
