스토어에서 사용자 지정 알림 템플릿을 사용하는 경우 교환 품목을 반품에 추가할 때 교환 기능과 연동되도록 반품 생성됨 이메일 알림을 수동으로 업데이트해야 할 수 있습니다.

이렇게 변경하려면 Shopify의 알림 템플릿에 사용되는 코드를 잘 알고 있어야 합니다. 템플릿이 고도로 사용자 지정되어 있으며 필요한 변경 사항을 적용하는 방법을 잘 모르겠다면 변경한 개발자에게 문의하거나 기본값으로 되돌리기를 클릭하여 템플릿을 원래 상태로 복원하세요. 기본값으로 되돌리면 모든 사용자 지정이 제거되지만 해당 템플릿이 최신 버전이 됩니다.

반품 생성됨 알림을 업데이트하여 다음 변경 사항을 포함할 수 있습니다.

  • 지급 가능한 순 교환 금액의 경우 고객은 반품 이메일에서 결제 작업(지금 결제 버튼)을 수신할 수 있습니다. 여기에는 고객이 채무를 질 수 있는 미결제 잔액을 반영하여 이메일의 지침 부분에 대한 업데이트가 포함되며 해당 지침은 이메일 상단으로 이동됩니다.
  • 교환 품목을 수령할 품목의 제목 아래에 표시하고 반품된 품목 섹션의 이름을 반품할 품목으로 변경하는 새 섹션입니다.
  • 재무 요약에는 반품 및 교환 품목 비용과 해당하는 반품 수수료와 함께 반품 이메일의 일부가 포함됩니다.

단계:

  1. Shopify Admin에서 설정 > 알림으로 이동합니다.
  2. 고객 알림을 클릭합니다.
  3. 반품 섹션에서 반품 생성됨을 클릭합니다.
  4. 코드 편집을 클릭합니다.
