Mise à jour de la notification par e-mail de facturation de la commande pour les échanges

Si votre boutique utilise des modèles de notification personnalisés, vous devrez peut-être mettre à jour manuellement votre notification par e-mail de facture de la commande pour vous assurer qu’elle fonctionne lorsque vous ajoutez des articles d’échange à un retour.

Ces modifications nécessitent de connaître le code utilisé dans les modèles de notification de Shopify. Si vos modèles sont très personnalisés et que vous ne savez pas comment appliquer les modifications nécessaires, contactez le développeur qui a effectué les modifications ou cliquez sur Revenir à la valeur par défaut pour rétablir votre modèle à son état d’origine. Lorsque vous revenez au modèle par défaut, toutes vos personnalisations sont supprimées, mais le modèle par défaut vous permet d’être sûr d’utiliser la version la plus récente du code.

Attention

Avant d’apporter des modifications, créez une sauvegarde de votre modèle en le copiant/collant dans un autre document, tel qu’un Google Docs. Après avoir apporté des modifications, cliquez sur Aperçu pour les vérifier et vous assurer qu’elles fonctionnent comme prévu avant de cliquer sur Enregistrer.

Mettre à jour l’e-mail de notification de la facture de la commande

Vous pouvez mettre à jour la notification de facture de la commande avec un nouveau bloc de code de modification d’article. Ce bloc de code ajoute les statuts des articles pour identifier les articles à retourner et à échanger dans le récapitulatif de la commande.

1. Depuis votre interface administrateur Shopify, accédez à Paramètres > Notifications.
2. Cliquez sur Notifications aux clients.
3. Dans la section Exceptions de la commande, cliquez sur Facture de la commande.
4. Cliquez sur Modifier le code.
5. Cherchez le bloc de code de modification d’article par défaut.
6. Copiez le nouveau bloc de code de modification d’article et remplacez le bloc de code par défaut par le nouveau.
7. Cliquez sur Enregistrer.
