Bu değişiklikler, Shopify'ın bildirim şablonlarında kullanılan kod hakkında bilgi sahibi olmanızı gerektirir. Şablonlarınızda çok fazla özelleştirme varsa ve gerekli değişiklikleri nasıl uygulayacağınızdan emin değilseniz değişiklikleri yapan geliştiriciyle iletişime geçin veya şablonu orijinal haliyle geri yüklemek için Varsayılana dön'e tıklayın. Varsayılana döndüğünüzde tüm özelleştirmeleriniz kaldırılır ancak varsayılan şablon, en güncel şablon sürümüne sahip olmanızı sağlar.

İade onaylandı bildirimini, aşağıdaki değişiklikleri içerecek şekilde güncelleyebilirsiniz:

Artık net ödemeli değişimler için müşteriye, iade e-postasında bir ödeme işlemi (Şimdi öde düğmesi) sunulabilir. Buna, müşterinin borçlu olabileceği ödenmeyi bekleyen bakiyeyi yansıtacak şekilde e-postanın talimatlar bölümünde yapılan güncellemeler de dahildir. Talimatlar e-postanın üst kısmına taşınmıştır.
Alacağınız ürünler başlığı altında değişim ürünlerini gösteren ve İade edilen ürünler bölüm adının İade edilecek ürünler olarak değiştirildiği yeni bir bölüm.
İade e-postasının bir parçası olarak, iade ve değişim ürünlerinin maliyetini ve geçerli iade ücretlerini içeren bir mali özet eklenmiştir.

Adımlar:

Shopify yöneticinizden Ayarlar > Bildirimler'e gidin.
Müşteri bildirimleri'ne tıklayın.
İadeler bölümünde İade talebi onaylandı'ya tıklayın.
Kodu düzenle'ye tıklayın.
Kargo mantığını ve sipariş bakiyesini içerecek şekilde alt başlığı güncelleyin:
