De e-mailmelding voor 'Retour goedgekeurd' bijwerken voor omruilingen

Als je winkel aangepaste meldingstemplates gebruikt, is het misschien nodig om de e-mailmelding voor Retour goedgekeurd handmatig bij te werken, zodat deze werkt als je ruilartikelen aan een retour toevoegt.

Voor deze wijzigingen moet je bekend zijn met de code die wordt gebruikt in de meldingstemplates van Shopify. Als je templates veel aanpassingen bevatten en je niet precies weet hoe je de vereiste wijzigingen moet doorvoeren, neem dan contact op met de ontwikkelaar die de wijzigingen heeft gemaakt. Je kunt ook op Weer instellen op standaard klikken om je template in de oorspronkelijke staat te herstellen. Als je teruggaat naar de standaard, verwijder je alle aanpassingen, maar dan weet je wel zeker dat je template de meest recente versie is.

Let op

Voordat je wijzigingen invoert, maak je eerst een back-up van je template door deze te kopiëren naar een ander document, bijvoorbeeld Google Docs. Nadat je de wijzigingen hebt ingevoerd, klik je op Voorbeeld om de wijzigingen te bekijken en te controleren of ze goed werken voordat je op Opslaan klikt.

De e-mailmelding voor 'Retour goedgekeurd' bijwerken

Je kunt de volgende wijzigingen aanbrengen in de melding voor Retour goedgekeurd:

• Bij omruilingen waarvoor een bedrag moet worden bijbetaald, kunnen klanten nu een retourmail met betaalactie (een Betaal nu-knop) krijgen. Het instructiegedeelte van de e-mail bevat nu ook het eventueel nog openstaande saldo en wordt naar het begin van de e-mail verplaatst.
• Een nieuwe sectie met ruilartikelen onder het kopje Je ontvangt deze artikelen. De naam van de sectie Geretourneerde artikelen wordt gewijzigd in Te retourneren artikelen.
• In de retourmail wordt een financieel overzicht bijgevoegd met de kosten van de geretourneerde en omgeruilde artikelen en de toepasselijke retourkosten.

Stappen:

1. Ga in het Shopify-beheercentrum naar Instellingen > Meldingen.
2. Klik op Klantmeldingen.
3. Klik in de sectie Retouren op Retouraanvraag goedgekeurd.
4. Klik op Code bewerken.
5. Werk de ondertitel bij om logica voor verzending en het saldo van de bestelling op te nemen:
   1. Zoek de eerste coderegel {% if has_label_attached %}.
   2. Vervang het bestaande codeblok door het volgende codeblok:
