Si tu tienda usa plantillas de notificación personalizadas, es posible que tengas que actualizar manualmente la notificación por correo electrónico de devolución aprobada a fin de asegurarte de que funcione cuando agregues artículos de cambio a una devolución.

Estos cambios requieren conocimiento sobre el código que se utiliza en las plantillas de notificación de Shopify. Si tus plantillas están muy personalizadas y no sabes bien cómo aplicar los cambios necesarios, puedes contactar al desarrollador que hizo los cambios o hacer clic en Revertir al valor predeterminado para restablecer la plantilla a su estado original. Cuando reviertes al valor predeterminado, se eliminan todas las personalizaciones, pero la plantilla predeterminada te asegura que tengas la versión más actualizada de las plantillas.

Actualizar la notificación por correo electrónico de devolución aprobada

Puedes actualizar la notificación de devolución aprobada para que incluya los siguientes cambios:

Para cambios por pagar netos, el cliente ahora puede recibir una acción de pago (botón Pagar ahora) en su correo electrónico de devolución. Incluye actualizaciones en la sección de las instrucciones del correo electrónico para reflejar el saldo pendiente que un cliente puede adeudar y las instrucciones se trasladan a la parte superior del correo electrónico.
Una nueva sección que muestra los artículos de cambio bajo el encabezado Artículos que recibirás y cambia el nombre de la sección Artículos devueltos a Artículos para devolver.
Se incluye un resumen financiero como parte del correo electrónico de devolución con el costo de la devolución y de los artículos de cambio, así como los cargos de devolución aplicables.

Pasos:

Desde tu panel de control de Shopify, ve a Configuración > Notificaciones.
Haz clic en Notificaciones de clientes.
En la sección Devoluciones, haz clic en Solicitud de devolución aprobada.
Haz clic en Editar código.
Actualiza el subtítulo para que incluya la lógica para el envío y el saldo del pedido:
1. Ubica la primera línea de código {% if has_label_attached %}.
2. Reemplaza el bloque de código existente por el siguiente bloque de código:

Agrega las líneas de artículo de cambio y actualiza el título de los artículos devueltos:
1. Localiza la etiqueta <h3>Return summary</h3>.
2. Reemplaza la tabla externa que coincide con <table class="row section"> con el siguiente bloque:
