Si tu tienda usa plantillas de notificación personalizadas, es posible que tengas que actualizar manualmente la notificación por correo electrónico del reembolso del pedido a fin de asegurarte de que funcione cuando agregues artículos para cambio a una devolución.

Estos cambios requieren conocimiento sobre el código que se utiliza en las plantillas de notificación de Shopify. Si tus plantillas están muy personalizadas y no sabes bien cómo aplicar los cambios necesarios, puedes contactar al desarrollador que hizo los cambios o hacer clic en Revertir al valor predeterminado para restablecer la plantilla a su estado original. Cuando reviertes al valor predeterminado, se eliminan todas las personalizaciones, pero la plantilla predeterminada te asegura que tengas la versión más actualizada de las plantillas.

Actualizar la notificación por correo electrónico de reembolso de pedido

Puedes actualizar la notificación de Reembolso de pedido con nuevos bloques de código de cambios de línea de artículo y cambios de línea de subtotal.

El nuevo bloque de código de cambios de artículos de línea agrega estados de línea de artículo para identificar la devolución y el cambio de artículos en el resumen del pedido.

El nuevo bloque de código de cambios de la línea de subtotal agrega una fecha e identifica el tipo de método de reembolso. También incluye cargos de envío y reposición de pedidos cuando corresponda.

Pasos:

Desde tu panel de control de Shopify, ve a Configuración > Notificaciones.
Haz clic en Notificaciones de clientes.
En la sección Excepciones de pedido, haz clic en Reembolso de pedido.
Haz clic en Editar código.
Actualiza el bloque de código de cambios de línea de artículo:
1. Localiza el bloque de código cambios en la línea de artículo predeterminada.
2. Copia el bloque de código cambios en nueva línea de artículoy sustituye el bloque de código predeterminado por el nuevo.
Actualiza el bloque de código de cambios de línea de subtotal:
1. Ubica el bloque de código de cambios de línea de subtotal predeterminado.
2. Copia el bloque de código de cambios de línea de subtotal nuevo y sustituye el bloque de código predeterminado por el nuevo.
Haz clic en Guardar.
