Disse ændringer kræver, at du er fortrolig med den kode, der bruges i Shopifys meddelelsesskabeloner. Hvis dine skabeloner er meget tilpassede, og du er i tvivl om, hvordan du foretager de nødvendige ændringer, skal du kontakte udvikleren, der har lavet ændringerne, eller klikke på Tilbage til standard for at gendanne din skabelon til den oprindelige tilstand. Hvis du går tilbage til standard, fjernes alle dine tilpasninger, men standardskabelonen sikrer, at du har den nyeste skabelonversion.

Du kan opdatere meddelelsen om refusion af ordrer med nye kodeblokke for varelinjeændringer og subtotallinjeændringer.
Den nye kodeblik for varelinjeændringer tilføjer varelinjestatusser for at identificere retur- og ombytningsvarer i ordreoversigten.
Den nye kodeblok for subtotallinjeændringer tilføjer en dato og identificerer typen af refusionsmetode. Det inkluderer også gebyrer for returlevering og returgebyrer, hvis det er relevant.
Trin:
- Gå til Indstillinger > Meddelelser i Shopify-administrator.
- Klik på Kundenotifikationer.
- I afsnittet Ordreundtagelser klikker du på Refusion af ordre.
- Klik på Rediger kode.

- Find standardkodeblokken for varelinjeændringer.
- Kopier den nye kodeblok for varelinjeændringer, og erstat standardkodeblokken med den nye.
