Wenn dein Shop angepasste Benachrichtigungsvorlagen verwendet, musst du deine E-Mail-Benachrichtigung für die Rückerstattung von Bestellungen möglicherweise manuell aktualisieren, um sicherzustellen, dass sie funktioniert, wenn du Umtauschartikel zu einer Rückgabe hinzufügst.
Für diese Änderungen sind Kenntnisse des Codes erforderlich, der in den Benachrichtigungsvorlagen von Shopify verwendet wird. Wenn deine Vorlagen stark angepasst wurden und du dir nicht sicher bist, wie du die nötigen Änderungen vornehmen sollst, wende dich an den Entwickler, der die Änderungen vorgenommen hat. Oder klicke auf Auf Standard zurücksetzen, um deine Vorlage in ihrer ursprünglichen Form wiederherzustellen. Wenn du zum Standard zurückkehrst, werden alle deine Anpassungen entfernt, aber die Standardvorlage stellt sicher, dass du die aktuellste Version der Vorlage hast.

Du kannst die Meldung Rückerstattung der Bestellung mit neuen Codeblöcken für Positionsänderungen und Zwischensummenänderungen aktualisieren.
Der neue Codeblock für Positionsänderungen fügt Positionsstatus hinzu, um Rückgabe- und Umtauschartikel in der Bestellübersicht zu identifizieren.
Der Codeblock für die neuen Zwischensummenänderungen fügt ein Datum hinzu und identifiziert den Typ der Rückerstattungsmethode. Darin enthalten sind auch die Kosten für die Rückgabe und die Wiedereinlagerungsgebühren, falls zutreffend.
Schritte:
- Gehe in deinem Shopify-Adminbereich zu Einstellungen > Benachrichtigungen.
- Klicke auf Kundenbenachrichtigungen.
- Klicke im Abschnitt Ausnahmen bei Bestellungen auf Rückerstattung von Bestellungen.
- Klicke auf Code bearbeiten.

- Kopiere Neue Position ändert Codeblock und ersetze den Standard-Codeblock durch den neuen.
