注文の返金に関するメール通知を交換用に変更する

ストアで、カスタマイズした通知テンプレートを使用している場合、[注文の返金] のメール通知を手動で更新して、交換アイテムを返品に追加する場合に対応できるようにする必要があります。

この変更を行うには、Shopifyの通知テンプレートで使用されているコードについて細部まで把握している必要があります。テンプレートが高度にカスタマイズされており、必要な変更を適用する方法が分からない場合は、その変更を行った開発者に連絡するか、[デフォルトに戻す] をクリックしてテンプレートを元の状態に戻します。デフォルトに戻すと、カスタマイズした内容はすべて削除されますが、デフォルトのテンプレートは最新バージョンになります。

[注文の返金] のメール通知を更新する

[注文の返金] の通知は、項目変更と小計行変更の新しいコードブロックを使用することによって変更できます。

新しい項目変更コードブロックを使用すると、項目ステータスが追加され、注文サマリーで返品アイテムと交換アイテムを識別できるようになります。

新しい小計行変更コードブロックを使用すると、日付が追加され、返金方法のタイプを識別できるようになります。該当する場合は、返品配送手数料と返品手数料も追加されます。

手順

  1. 管理画面から、[設定] > [通知] に移動します。
  2. [お客様通知] をクリックします。
  3. [注文の例外] セクションの [注文の返金] をクリックします。
  4. [コードを編集] をクリックします。

  5. 項目変更コードブロックを変更します。

    1. デフォルトの項目変更コードブロックを選択します。
    2. 新しい項目変更コードブロックをコピーして、デフォルトのコードブロックを新しいコードブロックに変更します。

  6. 小計行変更コードブロックを変更します。

    1. デフォルトの小計行変更コードブロックを選択します。
    2. 新しい小計行変更コードブロックをコピーして、デフォルトのコードブロックを新しいコードブロックに変更します。

  7. [保存] をクリックします。
