Se il tuo negozio utilizza i modelli di notifica personalizzati, potresti dover aggiornare manualmente la notifica via email Rimborso dell'ordine per assicurarti che funzioni quando aggiungi articoli da cambiare a un reso.
Queste modifiche richiedono familiarità con il codice utilizzato nei modelli di notifica di Shopify. Se i modelli sono altamente personalizzati e non sai bene come applicare le modifiche necessarie, contatta lo sviluppatore che ha effettuato le modifiche o clicca su Ripristina impostazioni predefinite per ripristinare lo stato originale del modello. Aggiornamento della notifica via email "Rimborso dell'ordine"
Puoi aggiornare la notifica di Rimborso dell'ordine con i nuovi blocchi di codice per le modifiche alle voci e alla voce del subtotale.
Il nuovo blocco di codice per le modifiche alle voci aggiunge gli stati delle voci per identificare gli articoli da restituire e cambiare nel riepilogo dell'ordine.
Il nuovo blocco di codice per le modifiche alla voce del subtotale aggiunge una data e identifica il tipo di metodo di rimborso. Include anche la spedizione per il reso e le commissioni di riassortimento, se applicabili.
Passaggi:
- Dal tuo pannello di controllo Shopify, vai su Impostazioni > Notifiche.
- Clicca su Notifiche al cliente.
- Nella sezione Eccezioni dell'ordine clicca su Rimborso dell'ordine.
- Clicca su Modifica codice.

- Trova il blocco di codice predefinito per le modifiche alle voci.
- Copia il nuovo blocco di codice per le modifiche alle voci e sostituisci il blocco di codice predefinito con quello nuovo.

- Trova il blocco di codice predefinito per le modifiche alla voce del subtotale.
- Copia il nuovo blocco di codice per le modifiche alla voce del subtotale e sostituisci il blocco di codice predefinito con quello nuovo.
Clicca su Salva.
