Personalizar faturas

Envie suas faturas de clientes atacadistas que são diferentes das faturas que você envia a seus clientes de varejo.

O e-mail de fatura que você envia aos clientes é gerado com base em um modelo. Por padrão, a mensagem contém um link para uma página de checkout em que é possível inserir informações de faturamento, selecionar uma forma de frete e fazer o pagamento. Os clientes podem usar um dos provedores de pagamento habilitados no admin da Shopify.

Edite o modelo para oferecer opções de pagamento alternativo aos clientes de atacado. Por exemplo, é possível adicionar um código que envia uma fatura para os clientes da loja física e outra diferente para os clientes de atacado.

Editar o modelo de fatura

  1. No admin da Shopify, acesse Configurações > Notificações.
  2. Na seção Pedidos, clique em Fatura para rascunho de pedido.
  3. Substitua o código na seção Corpo do e-mail (HTML) por seu modelo personalizado. Saiba mais sobre como editar modelos de e-mail.
  4. Clique em Salvar.

Exemplo

O código a seguir verifica se o e-mail da fatura é para um pedido de atacado. O e-mail da fatura de um pedido de atacado instrui o cliente a entrar em contato com você para realizar o pagamento. Para outros tipos de pedido, há uma fatura padrão.

Pré-visualizar uma fatura

  1. Abra um rascunho de pedido enviado de sua loja de atacado.
  2. Na página de informações do pedido, clique em Enviar fatura.
  3. Na caixa de diálogo Enviar fatura, verifique se a mensagem personalizada está vazia e clique em Revisar fatura.
  4. Verifique se a fatura está correta e clique em Enviar fatura.
