Tilpasse fakturaer

Send engroskunders fakturaer som er ulike fra fakturaene du sender til personkunder.

Når du sender en e-postfaktura til kunder, genereres e-postmeldingen ved hjelp av fakturamalen. Som standard gir denne malen kunden en kobling til en betalingsside, der de kan oppgi faktureringsinformasjon, velge en fraktmetode og sende betalingen. Kundene kan betale med en av betalingsleverandørene som er aktivert i Shopify-administrator.

Du kan redigere denne malen for å tilby engroskundene dine alternative betalingsmåter eller vilkår. Du kan for eksempel legge til kode som sender én faktura til detaljhandelskundene dine, og en annen faktura til engroskundene.

Rediger fakturamalen

  1. Fra Shopify-administrator går du til Innstillinger > Varsler.
  2. I Bestillinger-seksjonen klikker du på Bestillingsutkastfaktura.
  3. Klikk på Rediger kode.
  4. Erstatt koden i E-posttekst (HTML)-seksjonen med den tilpassede malen. Finn ut mer om redigering av e-postmaler.
  5. Klikk på Lagre.

Eksempel

Følgende kode sjekker hvorvidt faktura-e-posten er for en engrosbestilling. Hvis fakturaen er for en engrosbestilling, vil e-posten inneholde instruksjoner til kunden om å kontakte deg for å betale for bestillingen. Ellers vil standardfakturaen sendes.

Forhåndsvis en faktura

  1. Åpne et bestillingsutkast som har blitt sendt inn fra engrosbutikken din.
  2. Fra bestillingens informasjonsside klikker du på Send faktura.
  3. I Send faktura-dialogen må du passe på at den egendefinerte meldingen er tom, og deretter klikke på Gjennomgå faktura.
  4. Bekreft at fakturaen er riktig, og klikk deretter Send faktura.
