Anpassen von Rechnungen

Sende deinen Großhandelskunden Rechnungen, die sich von den Rechnungen unterscheiden, die du an deine Einzelhandelskunden sendest.
Wenn du eine Rechnungs-E-Mail an deine Kunden sendest, wird die E-Mail mithilfe der Rechnungsvorlage generiert. Standardmäßig stellt diese Vorlage Kunden einen Link zu einer Checkout-Seite zur Verfügung, über die sie Abrechnungsdaten eingeben, eine Versandart auswählen und die Zahlung vornehmen können. Kunden können mit einem der in deinem Shopify-Adminbereich aktivierten Zahlungsanbieter bezahlen.
Du kannst diese Vorlage bearbeiten, um deinen Großhandelskunden alternative Zahlungsmethoden oder -bedingungen anzubieten. Du könntest beispielsweise Code hinzufügen, der eine Rechnung an deine Kunden im Einzelhandelsgeschäft und eine andere Rechnung an deine Kunden im Großhandelsshop sendet.

Die Rechnungsvorlage bearbeiten
- Gehe in deinem Shopify-Adminbereich zu Einstellungen > Benachrichtigungen.
- Klicke im Abschnitt Bestellungen auf Rechnung des Bestellentwurfs.
- Klicke auf Code bearbeiten.
- Ersetze den Code im Abschnitt E-Mail-Text (HTML) durch deine angepasste Vorlage. Mehr Informationen zum Bearbeiten von E-Mail-Vorlagen.
- Klicke auf Speichern.
Beispiel
Der folgende Code überprüft, ob die Rechnungs-E-Mail für eine Großhandelsbestellung bestimmt ist. Wenn die Rechnung für eine Großhandelsbestellung ist, enthält die E-Mail eine Anleitung, wie der Kunde Kontakt zu dir aufnehmen kann, um für seine Bestellung zu bezahlen. Andernfalls wird die Standardrechnung gesandt.

Vorschau einer Rechnung anzeigen
- Öffne einen Bestellentwurf, der von deinem Großhandelsshop eingereicht wurde.
- Klicke auf der Informationsseite der Bestellung auf Rechnung senden.
- Stelle im Dialogfeld Rechnung senden sicher, dass die benutzerdefinierte Nachricht leer ist, und klicke dann auf Rechnung überprüfen.
- Vergewissere dich, dass die Rechnung korrekt ist, und klicke dann auf Rechnung senden.
